where is holly’s?

you can find holly’s bar & kitchen at 2/166 maroondah highway, ringwood. 2-minutes from the eastlink exits in ringwood – right near ringwood lake.

what are the opening hours?

holly’s is open from wednesday-sunday with the following hours:

wed • 4.30pm–late
thu • 4.30pm–late
fri • 4.30pm–10pm
sat • 1.00pm–10pm
sun • 1.00pm–late

do i need a reservation?

reservations are always preferred but walk-ins are always welcome if we have room for you.

how many people can i book for?

we have a maximum of 18 guests for Holly’s and for groups over 8 guests we ask you to jump on our chef’s selection menu which you can checkout via the menu page

what’s on the wine list?

is there a food menu or small plates available?

holly’s has a full menu for you come and enjoy. with italian-inspired bites ranging from tasty antipasti to delicious pastas with a few sweet treats along the way.

do you cater to dietary restrictions?

holly’s has vegan, vegetarian and low gluten offerings on the menu. whilst we make every effort to adhere to these dietary requirements cross contamination is still a possibility. checkout the menu tab for all our dishes and dietaries.

what is the chefs selection menu?

for groups of 8 or more, dining is offered via our chef’s selection menu. this allows our kitchen to serve your table efficiently, ensuring dishes arrive promptly and are enjoyed as intended – together.

is holly’s available for private events or functions?

holly’s is the perfect venue for a large group lunch, dinner or get together. whilst we don’t offer exclusive venue hire on the weekends, our events team can work with you to curate the perfect celebration or get together during the week or over the weekend during our opening hours.
